Happy holidays!

It's been an amazing, exciting, and wonderful 2010. Of course, like everyone, we've had our ups and downs, but on the whole, I'm feeling incredibly fortunate.

I hope to get back to lots more content in 2o11. I've missed the blog and the great readers I've gotten to know. I'm so appreciative of the notes and comments I've received during my absence. It's nice to know that you really do care about Tea Pages and the work I've tried to do. I'm thinking about how to structure the blog so the writing and content continues to be exciting for me. Stay tuned.

The book is coming along. It's being edited by the publisher and I'm working on some of the advance marketing materials. If you want to stay up to date, become a fan of our new "Tea Memories" Facebook page: http://tinyurl.com/TeaMemories

I plan on relaunching the "Tea Pages" Facebook page in 2011 too. I'll let you know when it happens. In the meantime, you can follow us on Twitter to see what's new: http://twitter.com/teapages

The freelance writing work is picking back up after my Fall absence. I'll have a piece this summer in "Tea Time" magazine and another in "Living Without" (about food allergies and advocacy.) I hope to have some new articles to announce in the months to come! I'll share links with you once they are published. You can always check my site at www.kamwrites.com

Finally, thank you for your interest in my biggest 2010 "project." Our daughter was born just before Halloween. She's happy and healthy and everyone is enjoying our first holiday season together. Having three kids under 6 will certainly make finding writing time "interesting" but I'm up for the challenge!

Happy holidays to all! We had a wonderful Christmas here. I hope the rest of you are equally content and that 2011 has exciting prospects for all.
